건축법 제67조(관계전문기술자)

① 설계자와 공사감리자는 제40조, 제41조, 제48조부터 제50조까지, 제50조의2, 제51조, 제52조, 제62조 및 제64조와 「녹색건축물 조성 지원법」 제15조에 따른 대지의 안전, 건축물의 구조상 안전, 부속구조물 및 건축설비의 설치 등을 위한 설계 및 공사감리를 할 때 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나의 자격을 갖춘 관계전문기술자(「기술사법」 제21조제2호에 따라 벌칙을 받은 후 대통령령으로 정하는 기간이 지나지 아니한 자는 제외한다)의 협력을 받아야 한다. <개정 2016.2.3, 2020.6.9, 2021.3.16>

② 관계전문기술자는 건축물이 이 법 및 이 법에 따른 명령이나 처분, 그 밖의 관계 법령에 맞고 안전ㆍ기능 및 미관에 지장이 없도록 업무를 수행하여야 한다.
