119구조ㆍ구급에 관한 법률 제16조(구조된 사람과 물건의 인도ㆍ인계)

① 소방청장등은 제13조제1항에 따른 구조활동으로 구조된 사람(이하 "구조된 사람"이라 한다) 또는 신원이 확인된 사망자를 그 보호자 또는 유족에게 지체 없이 인도하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 소방청장등은 제13조제1항에 따른 구조ㆍ구급활동과 관련하여 회수된 물건(이하 "구조된 물건"이라 한다)의 소유자가 있는 경우에는 소유자에게 그 물건을 인계하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③ 소방청장등은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 구조된 사람, 사망자 또는 구조된 물건을 특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 제14조 또는 제16조에 따른 재난안전대책본부가 구성된 경우 해당 재난안전대책본부장을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 인도하거나 인계하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
