해상교통안전법 제40조(약물복용 등의 상태에서 조타기 조작 등 금지)

약물(「마약류 관리에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호에 따른 마약류를 말한다. 이하 같다)ㆍ환각물질(「화학물질관리법」 제22조제1항에 따른 환각물질을 말한다. 이하 같다)의 영향으로 인하여 정상적으로 다음 각 호의 행위를 하지 못할 우려가 있는 상태에서는 해당 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.
