해상교통안전법 제41조(위험방지를 위한 조치)

해양경찰서장은 운항자 또는 도선사가 제39조제1항 또는 제40조를 위반한 경우에는 그 운항자 또는 도선사가 정상적으로 조타기를 조작하거나 조작할 것을 지시할 수 있는 상태가 될 때까지 조타기 조작 또는 조작 지시를 하지 못하게 명령하거나 도선을 하지 못하게 명령하는 등 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있다.
