한센인피해사건의 진상규명 및 피해자 지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Act on Truth-Finding of Hansen's Disease Victim Incidents and Support for Victims, Article 9 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Personally Identifiable Information)
국가, 지방자치단체 및 위원회는 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보와 같은 법 시행령 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
Where unavoidable to perform the following affairs, the State, local governments, and the Committee may process data containing health information under Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Act and resident registration numbers under subparagraph 1 of Article 19 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act:
1. 법 제3조제2항 각 호에 따른 위원회의 심의ㆍ의결에 관한 사무
1. Affairs concerning the deliberation and resolution of the Committee under the subparagraphs of Article 3 (2) of the Act;
2. 법 제4조제2항 각 호에 따른 실무위원회의 피해신고 접수ㆍ조사 등에 관한 사무
2. Affairs concerning the receipt of damage reports, investigations, etc. by the Working Committee under the subparagraphs of Article 4 (2) of the Act;
3. 법 제6조 및 제8조제1항제2호에 따른 한센인피해사건 관련 자료의 수집ㆍ분석ㆍ조사ㆍ관리 등에 관한 사무
3. Affairs concerning the collection, analysis, investigation, management, etc. of materials related to Hansen's disease victim incidents under Article 6 and Article 8 (1) 2 of the Act;
4. 법 제9조에 따른 의료지원금등의 지급에 관한 사무
4. Affairs concerning the payment of medical support payments, etc. under Article 9 of the Act;
5. 법 제11조에 따른 의료지원금등의 환수에 관한 사무
5. Affairs concerning the recovery of medical support payments, etc. under Article 11 of the Act.
