Act on Improvement of Water Quality of Water Source and Support for Residents, etc. of the Han River System, Article 28 (Requests for Improvement, etc.)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 강수량의 부족, 조류(藻類) 발생 등으로 인하여 상수원의 수질이 악화되었거나 악화될 우려가 있다고 인정되면 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게 댐 방류량 증대, 상수원 준설(浚渫), 조류 제거, 상수원 주변 및 수면(水面) 청소 등을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2021.6.15, 2025.10.1>
