특허권 등의 등록령 제2조(정의)

1. "등록원부"란 「특허법」 제85조에 따른 특허원부, 「실용신안법」 제20조에서 준용하는 「특허법」 제85조에 따른 실용신안등록원부, 「디자인보호법」 제88조에 따른 디자인등록원부 및 「상표법」 제80조에 따른 상표원부를 말한다.

2. "등록번호"란 「특허법」 제87조제1항에 따른 특허권의 설정등록 시에 부여되는 특허번호, 「실용신안법」 제21조제1항에 따른 실용신안권의 설정등록 시에 부여되는 실용신안등록번호, 「디자인보호법」 제90조제1항에 따른 디자인권의 설정등록 시에 부여되는 디자인등록번호 및 「상표법」 제82조제1항에 따른 상표권의 설정등록 시에 부여되는 상표등록번호를 말한다.

3. "특허권등"이란 특허권, 실용신안권, 디자인권 및 상표권을 말한다.
