치료감호 등에 관한 법률 제24조(치료감호의 집행정지)

피치료감호자에 대하여 「형사소송법」 제471조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유가 있을 때에는 같은 조에 따라 검사는 치료감호의 집행을 정지할 수 있다. 이 경우 치료감호의 집행이 정지된 자에 대한 관찰은 형집행정지자에 대한 관찰의 예에 따른다.
