Criminal Procedure Act, Article 471 (Stay of Execution of Imprisonment)

①징역, 금고 또는 구류의 선고를 받은 자에 대하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당한 사유가 있는 때에는 형을 선고한 법원의 관할에 대응한 각급 공소청 및 지청의 검사 또는 형의 선고를 받은 자의 현재지를 관할하는 각급 공소청 및 지청의 검사의 지휘에 의하여 형의 집행을 정지할 수 있다. <개정 2007.12.21, 2026.8.4>
