축산법 제42조의9(인증 등에 관한 부정행위의 금지)

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제42조의3에 따른 인증심사, 재심사 및 인증 변경승인, 제42조의4에 따른 인증 갱신, 유효기간 연장 및 재심사 또는 제42조의8제1항 및 제3항에 따른 인증기관의 지정ㆍ갱신을 받는 행위
