첨단재생의료 및 첨단바이오의약품 안전 및 지원에 관한 법률 제31조(첨단바이오의약품 용기의 기재사항)
Act on Safety of and Support for Advanced Regenerative Medicine and Advanced Biopharmaceuticals, Article 31 (Matters to Be Stated on Containers of Advanced Biopharmaceuticals)
첨단바이오의약품의 품목허가를 받은 자와 수입자는 첨단바이오의약품의 용기나 포장에 「약사법」 제56조제1항 각 호와 다음 각 호의 사항을 적어야 한다. 다만, 총리령으로 정하는 용기나 포장인 경우에는 총리령으로 정하는 바에 따라 「약사법」 제56조제1항 각 호와 다음 각 호의 사항 중 일부를 적지 아니할 수 있다.
A person who obtained item permission for advanced biopharmaceuticals and an importer shall state the matters in each subparagraph of Article 56 (1) of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act and the following on the container or package of advanced biopharmaceuticals. However, for containers or packages prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister, some of the matters in each subparagraph of Article 56 (1) of that Act and the following may be omitted, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister:
1. 인체세포등을 포함하는 경우 기증자를 식별할 수 있는 문자. 다만, 제조번호로 기증자를 식별할 수 있는 경우는 생략할 수 있다.
1. Where human cells, etc. are included, characters identifying the donor. However, this may be omitted where the donor can be identified by the manufacturing number;
2. 제30조제1항에 따라 장기추적조사 대상으로 지정된 경우 "장기추적조사 대상"이라는 표시
2. Where designated as a subject of long-term follow-up under Article 30 (1), the indication "subject of long-term follow-up";
3. 인체세포등을 채취한 대상과 투여하는 대상이 동일한 경우 "자가치료용 첨단바이오의약품"이라는 표시
3. Where the person from whom human cells, etc. were collected and the person to whom they are administered are the same, the indication "autologous advanced biopharmaceutical";
4. 그 밖에 총리령으로 정하는 사항
4. Other matters prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister.
