지방자치분권 및 균형성장에 관한 특별법 제22조(인구감소지역등에 대한 지원)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 인구감소지역등에 사회간접자본 정비, 교육ㆍ문화ㆍ관광시설 확충, 농림ㆍ해양ㆍ수산업 지원, 주택건설 및 개량, 산업단지 지정 특례에 관한 사항 등에 관하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.5.27>

② 인구감소지역등에 입주한 사업자는 해당 지역 내에서의 다음 각 호의 승인ㆍ허가 신청 사무에 대한 지원을 제67조제2항에 따른 시ㆍ도 지방시대지원단에 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 시ㆍ도 지방시대지원단은 대통령령으로 정하는 절차ㆍ방식에 따라 해당 사무를 지원하여야 한다. <개정 2025.5.27>

③ 인구감소지역등에 입주한 사업자로부터 해당 지역 내에서의 제2항 각 호의 승인ㆍ허가 신청을 받은 기관의 장은 다른 법령에도 불구하고 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 내에 이를 처리하여야 하며, 기간 내에 처리하지 아니한 경우에는 그 기간이 끝난 날의 다음 날에 승인ㆍ허가를 한 것으로 본다. <개정 2025.5.27>
