지방세특례제한법 시행령 제13조의2(다가구주택의 범위 등)

① 법 제31조의3제3항제2호 각 목 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 「민간임대주택에 관한 특별법」 제43조제4항에서 정하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2024.12.31>

② 법 제31조의3제4항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 다가구주택"이란 다가구주택(「민간임대주택에 관한 특별법 시행령」 제2조의2에 따른 일부만을 임대하는 다가구주택은 임대 목적으로 제공하는 부분만 해당한다)으로서 「건축법」 제38조에 따른 건축물대장에 호수별로 전용면적이 구분되어 기재되어 있는 다가구주택을 말한다. <개정 2024.12.31>
