지방세법 시행령 제42조의2(비영업용 승용자동차 등)

① 법 제28조제1항제3호 각 목 외의 부분에서의 "차량"에는 총 배기량 125시시 이하이거나 최고정격출력 12킬로와트 이하인 이륜자동차는 포함하지 않는다. <개정 2019.12.31>

② 법 제28조제1항제3호가목1)에 따른 비영업용 승용자동차는 제122조제1항에 따른 비영업용으로서 제123조제1호 및 제2호에 해당하는 승용자동차로 한다.

④ 법 제28조제1항제3호라목 및 제4호라목에 따른 등록에는 「자동차관리법」 제11조에 따라 자동차의 사용본거지를 변경하기 위한 변경등록 및 「건설기계관리법」 제5조에 따라 건설기계 소유자의 주소지 또는 건설기계의 사용본거지를 변경하기 위한 변경신고는 포함하지 않는다. <개정 2025.12.31>
