지방교육자치에 관한 법률 제24조의2(교육감의 소환)

① 주민은 교육감을 소환할 권리를 가진다.

② 교육감에 대한 주민소환투표사무는 제44조에 따른 선거관리위원회가 관리한다.

(2) Affairs어^f페어즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 residents'^r레지던츠 recall^r리콜 vote^v보우트 on안 a어 superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 education에저케이션 shall섈 be비 managed매니지드 by바이 the^ð디 election일렉션 commission커미션 under언더 Article아터클 44.

③ 교육감의 주민소환에 관하여는 이 법에서 규정한 사항을 제외하고는 그 성질에 반하지 아니하는 범위에서 「주민소환에 관한 법률」의 시ㆍ도지사에 관한 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 이 법에서 「공직선거법」을 준용할 때 「주민소환에 관한 법률」에서 준용하는 「공직선거법」의 해당 규정과 다르게 정하고 있는 경우에는 이 법에서 준용하는 「공직선거법」의 해당 규정을 인용한 것으로 본다.
