Act on Local Education Autonomy, Article 24 (Qualifications for Candidates for Superintendent of Education)

①교육감후보자가 되려는 사람은 해당 시ㆍ도지사의 피선거권이 있는 사람으로서 후보자등록신청개시일부터 과거 1년 동안 정당의 당원이 아닌 사람이어야 한다. <개정 2010.2.26, 2021.3.23>

② 교육감후보자가 되려는 사람은 후보자등록신청개시일을 기준으로 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경력이 3년 이상 있거나 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경력을 합한 경력이 3년 이상 있는 사람이어야 한다. <신설 2014.2.13>

1. 교육경력: 「유아교육법」 제2조제2호에 따른 유치원, 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제2조 및 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교(이와 동등한 학력이 인정되는 교육기관 또는 평생교육시설로서 다른 법률에 따라 설치된 교육기관 또는 평생교육시설을 포함한다)에서 교원으로 근무한 경력

1.
