Enforcement Decree of the Parking Lot Act, Article 12-20 (Application for Cancellation of Supplementary Registration)

① 법 제19조의25제1항에 따라 부기등기한 부설주차장으로서 제12조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하여 용도변경이 인정된 경우에 시설물의 소유자는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 부기등기의 말소를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.11, 2016.7.19, 2018.2.20, 2018.10.23, 2024.8.16>

1. 제12조제1항제1호ㆍ제3호 또는 제4호 중 어느 하나에 해당하여 해당 부설주차장 전부에 대한 용도변경이 인정된 경우: 시설물의 부기등기 및 부설주차장의 부기등기의 말소 동시 신청

② 제1항에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 구분에 따라 시설물의 부기등기 또는 부설주차장의 부기등기의 말소를 신청하여야 한다.
