주차장법 제19조의25(부기등기)

① 제19조제4항에 따라 시설물 부지 인근에 설치된 부설주차장 및 제19조의4제1항에 따라 위치 변경된 부설주차장은 「부동산등기법」에 따라 시설물과 그에 부대하여 설치된 부설주차장 관계임을 표시하는 내용을 각각 부기등기하여야 한다.

② 제19조제4항에 따라 시설물 부지 인근에 설치된 부설주차장은 제19조의4제1항에 따라 용도변경이 인정되어 부설주차장으로서 의무가 면제되지 아니한 경우에는 부기등기를 말소할 수 없다.

③ 제1항에 따른 부기등기의 내용 및 말소에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
