제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 제20조(실종선고 청구에 대한 특례)

① 위원회는 「민법」 제27조에도 불구하고 행방불명으로 결정된 희생자에 대하여 법원에 실종선고를 청구할 수 있고, 법원의 실종선고가 확정되면 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제92조에 따른 실종선고의 신고를 할 수 있다.

② 이 법이 정한 특례 이외에 실종의 선고는 「민법」 등 관계 법령의 절차에 따른다.
