Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment, Operation, and Fostering of Government-Funded Research Institutes, Article 16 (Recommendation of Directors of the Research Council)

① 법 제23조제2항에 따라 국무총리가 이사를 임명할 때에 추천을 받는 기관 또는 단체에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기관 또는 단체를 포함하여야 한다. <개정 2022.2.17>

② 국무총리는 이사를 임명할 때 제1항에 따라 추천된 사람 중 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 또는 전문경영인을 임명하여야 하며, 어느 특정 분야에 편중되게 하여서는 아니 된다.
