접경지역 지원 특별법 제25조(농림ㆍ해양ㆍ수산업 지원)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 접경지역 에서의 농림ㆍ해양ㆍ수산업의 생산기반을 육성하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지원할 수 있다.

② 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관은 접경지역의 농업ㆍ축산업 및 수산업의 생산성 향상을 위하여 지방자치단체 또는 사업시행자에게 「농수산물유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률」 제54조에 따른 농산물가격안정기금, 「축산법」 제43조에 따른 축산발전기금, 「수산업ㆍ어촌 발전 기본법」 제46조에 따른 수산발전기금을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.6.22>

③ 국가는 접경지역 안에서 생산되는 농산물ㆍ축산물ㆍ수산물을 우선적으로 군부대에 납품할 수 있도록 노력하여야 한다.
