재외국민보호를 위한 영사조력법 시행령 제25조(민감정보 및 고유식별정보 등의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Consular Assistance Act for Protection of Overseas Korean Nationals, Article 25 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Personally Identifiable Information, etc.)
외교부장관(법 제22조 및 이 영 제24조에 따라 외교부장관의 권한을 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보, 같은 법 시행령 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호 및 여권번호가 포함된 자료 및 「위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 위치 확인에 필요한 개인위치정보가 포함된 자료를 수집ㆍ처리할 수 있다.
Where unavoidable for performing the following duties, the Minister of Foreign Affairs (including a person entrusted with the Minister's authority under Article 22 of the Act and Article 24 of this Decree) may collect and process data containing information on health under Article 23 of the Personal Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, resident registration numbers and passport numbers under Article 19 of the Enforcement Decree of that Act, and personal location information necessary to confirm location under Article 2, subparagraph 2 of the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information:
1. 법 제11조에 따른 형사절차상의 영사조력을 위한 사무
1. Duties for consular assistance in criminal procedures under Article 11 of the Act;
2. 법 제12조에 따른 재외국민 범죄피해 시의 영사조력을 위한 사무
2. Duties for consular assistance for overseas Korean nationals who are crime victims under Article 12 of the Act;
3. 법 제13조에 따른 재외국민 사망 시의 영사조력을 위한 사무
3. Duties for consular assistance upon the death of overseas Korean nationals under Article 13 of the Act;
4. 법 제14조에 따른 미성년자ㆍ환자인 재외국민에 대한 영사조력을 위한 사무
4. Duties for consular assistance for overseas Korean nationals who are minors or patients under Article 14 of the Act;
5. 법 제15조에 따른 재외국민 실종 시의 영사조력을 위한 사무
5. Duties for consular assistance upon the disappearance of overseas Korean nationals under Article 15 of the Act;
6. 법 제16조에 따른 해외위난상황 발생 시의 영사조력을 위한 사무
6. Duties for consular assistance upon overseas crisis situations under Article 16 of the Act;
7. 법 제17조에 따른 유실물의 처리를 위한 사무

8. 법 제19조제1항에 따른 긴급지원비 부담 및 이동수단 투입을 위한 사무
