재외국민보호를 위한 영사조력법 시행령 제24조(권한의 위탁)

① 외교부장관은 법 제22조에 따라 법 제21조제1항에 따른 금융정보등의 제공 요청 권한을 보건복지부장관에게 위탁한다.

② 외교부장관은 법 제22조에 따라 법 제19조제4항의 상환의무자에 대한 국세 체납처분의 예에 따른 징수 권한을 국세청장에게 위탁한다.
