제15조제2항을 위반하여 선거운동을 하거나 하게 한 자에 대하여는 「공직선거법」 제255조제1항제11호에 따른 벌칙을 적용한다.
The penalty under Article 255 (1) 11 of the Public Official Election Act shall apply to a person who engages in or causes another to engage in election campaigning in violation of Article 15 (2).
