자율방범대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제15조(금지의무)

① 자율방범대원은 자율방범대의 명칭을 사용하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.

② 자율방범대ㆍ중앙회등(그 대표자와 구성원을 포함한다)은 그 명의 또는 그 대표자의 명의로 특정 정당 또는 특정인의 선거운동(「공직선거법」 제58조제1항에 따른 선거운동을 말한다. 이하 같다)을 하여서는 아니 된다.

(2) Voluntary^v발런테^r리 crime크^r라임 prevention프^r리^v벤션 corps코 and앤드 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Association,어소우시에이션 etc.엣세터^r러 (including인클루딩 their^ð데어 representatives^r레프^r러젠터티^v브즈 and앤드 members)멤버즈 shall섈 not낫 engage엔게이지 in인 election일렉션 campaigning캠페이닝 (meaning미닝 election일렉션 campaigning캠페이닝 under언더 Article아터클 58 (1) of어^v브 the^ð더 Public퍼블릭 Official어^f피실 Election일렉션 Act;액트 the^ð더 same세임 applies어플라이즈 hereinafter)히^r리내^f프터 for^f포 a어 specific스퍼시^f픽 political펄리터클 party파티 or오 specific스퍼시^f픽 person퍼슨 in인 their^ð데어 names네임즈 or오 in인 the^ð더 names네임즈 of어^v브 their^ð데어 representatives.^r레프^r러젠터티^v브즈
