자연유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제6조(자연유산 보호계획의 수립)

① 국가유산청장은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 시ㆍ도지사와 협의를 거쳐 자연유산의 체계적인 보존ㆍ관리 및 활용을 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 자연유산 보호계획(이하 "보호계획"이라 한다)을 5년마다 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.6, 2024.2.13>

② 보호계획은 「국가유산기본법」 제8조에 따른 기본계획에 부합하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.6>

(2) The^ð더 protection프^r러텍션 plan플랜 shall섈 conform컨^f폼 to투 the^ð더 basic베이식 plan플랜 under언더 Article아터클 8 of어^v브 the^ð더 Framework^f프^r레임워크 Act액트 on안 National내셔늘 Heritage.헤^r러터지

③ 국가유산청장은 보호계획을 수립하는 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 소유자등 및 관계 전문가의 의견을 들어야 한다. 수립된 보호계획 중 대통령령으로 정하는 중요한 사항을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2024.2.13>

④ 국가유산청장은 제1항에 따라 수립한 보호계획을 시ㆍ도지사에게 통지하고, 관보(官報) 등에 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.13>

⑤ 국가유산청장은 보호계획의 수립 및 변경을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사에게 관할 구역의 자연유산에 대한 자료를 제출하도록 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.13>

⑥ 보호계획의 수립 절차ㆍ방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
