자연유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제5조(다른 법률과의 관계)

① 자연유산의 보존ㆍ관리 및 활용에 대하여 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 이 법에서 정하는 바에 따른다.

② 자연유산의 보존ㆍ관리 및 활용에 대하여 이 법에서 정하지 아니한 사항은 「문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률」, 「국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률」 및 「매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률」에서 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2024.2.6>

③ 천연기념물이 아닌 것으로서 「야생생물 보호 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따라 멸종위기 야생생물로 지정되는 동물 및 식물은 이 법을 적용하지 아니한다.
