의료법 시행령 제22조의2(대한민국의학한림원 운영 등)

① 법 제52조의2제1항에 따른 대한민국의학한림원(이하 "한림원"이라 한다)의 사업연도는 정부의 회계연도에 따른다.

② 한림원은 보건복지부장관이 정하는 바에 따라 사업추진계획, 사업추진현황, 자금운용계획 및 자금집행내역 등에 관한 사항을 보건복지부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.

③ 한림원은 다양한 분야의 의료인과 관계 전문가 등이 그 조직 운영 및 업무수행 등에 균형있게 참여할 수 있도록 필요한 조치를 강구ㆍ시행하여야 한다.
