의료법 제52조의2(대한민국의학한림원)

① 의료인에 관련되는 의학 및 관계 전문분야(이하 이 조에서 "의학등"이라 한다)의 연구ㆍ진흥기반을 조성하고 우수한 보건의료인을 발굴ㆍ활용하기 위하여 대한민국의학한림원(이하 이 조에서 "한림원"이라 한다)을 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 National내셔늘 Academy어캐더미 of어^v브 Medicine메더슨 of어^v브 Korea코^r리아 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Academy"어캐더미 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 create크^r리에잇 a어 foundation^f파운데이션 for^f포 research^r리서치 and앤드 promotion프^r러모우션 in인 medicine메더슨 and앤드 related^r릴레이티드 specialized스페셜라이즈드 fields^f필즈 concerning컨서닝 medical메더클 personnel퍼서넬 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "medicine,메더슨 etc."엣세터^r러 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 and앤드 to투 discover디스커^v버 and앤드 utilize유털라이즈 excellent엑설런트 health헬^θ스 and앤드 medical메더클 personnel.퍼서넬

② 한림원은 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Academy어캐더미 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 한림원은 다음 각 호의 사업을 한다.

(3) The^ð디 Academy어캐더미 shall섈 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 projects:프^r라젝츠

④ 보건복지부장관은 한림원의 사업수행에 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 may메이 subsidize서브시다이즈 all올 or오 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð디 expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 Academy's어캐더미즈 projects프^r라젝츠 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget.버짓

⑤ 한림원에 대하여 이 법에서 정하지 아니한 사항에 관하여는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

(5) Matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð디 Academy어캐더미 not낫 provided프^r러^v바이디드 for^f포 in인 this^ð디스 Act액트 shall섈 be비 governed,거^v번드 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis,뮤탠디즈 by바이 the^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 on안 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 associations.어소우시에이션즈

⑥ 한림원이 아닌 자는 대한민국의학한림원 또는 이와 유사한 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.

(6) No노우 one원 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð디 Academy어캐더미 may메이 use유스 the^ð더 name네임 National내셔늘 Academy어캐더미 of어^v브 Medicine메더슨 of어^v브 Korea코^r리아 or오 any에니 similar시멀러 name.네임

⑦ 한림원의 운영 및 업무수행에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
