위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(위치기반서비스사업의 양수 및 법인의 합병 등의 신고)

① 법 제10조제1항에 따라 위치기반서비스사업의 양수의 신고를 하려는 자는 위치기반서비스사업양수신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 방송미디어통신위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2017.3.8, 2018.10.16, 2025.10.1>

② 법 제10조제1항에 따라 위치기반서비스사업의 상속을 신고하려는 자는 위치기반서비스사업상속신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 상속인임을 증명하는 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 방송미디어통신위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 법 제10조제1항에 따라 법인의 합병ㆍ분할을 신고하려는 자는 위치기반서비스사업합병ㆍ분할 신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 방송미디어통신위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2017.3.8, 2018.10.16, 2025.10.1>

④ 제1항 또는 제3항에 따라 신고를 받은 방송미디어통신위원회는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 양수인 또는 합병ㆍ분할당사자의 법인 등기사항증명서 또는 사업자등록증명을 확인하여야 한다. 다만, 신고인이 사업자등록증명의 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 그 서류를 첨부하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2010.5.4, 2010.11.2, 2024.4.23, 2025.10.1>
