① 표시ㆍ설치 기간이 30일 이내인 비영리 목적의 광고물등이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 허가ㆍ신고에 관한 제3조 및 금지ㆍ제한 등에 관한 제4조를 적용하지 아니한다. 이 경우 제3호는 표시ㆍ설치 기간이 30일을 초과하는 광고물등도 포함한다. <개정 2022.6.10, 2024.1.12>

8. 정당이 「정당법」 제37조제2항에 따른 통상적인 정당활동으로 보장되는 정당의 정책이나 정치적 현안에 대하여 표시ㆍ설치하는 경우. 다만, 현수막의 경우 다음 각 목의 요건을 충족하여야 한다.
