Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Special Research and Development Zones, Article 7-3 (Exceptions to Consultation on Development of Areas without Special Zone Development Plans)
법 제6조의3 단서에서 "「건축법」 제11조의 건축허가 등 대통령령으로 정하는 소규모 개발에 대한 인ㆍ허가등"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ지정ㆍ승인 등을 말한다.
The phrase "authorizations, permissions, etc. for small-scale development prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as building permits under Article 11 of the Building Act" in the proviso of Article 6-3 of the Act means any of the following permissions, authorizations, designations, approvals, etc.:
1. 「건축법」 제11조에 따른 건축허가, 같은 법 제14조에 따른 건축신고, 같은 법 제16조에 따른 변경허가 또는 변경신고, 같은 법 제19조에 따른 용도변경의 허가 또는 신고, 같은 법 제20조에 따른 가설건축물의 허가 또는 신고, 같은 법 제21조에 따른 착공신고 및 같은 법 제22조에 따른 건축물의 사용승인
1. Building permits under Article 11 of the Building Act, building reports under Article 14 of the same Act, permits for changes or reports of changes under Article 16 of the same Act, permits or reports for change of use under Article 19 of the same Act, permits or reports for temporary buildings under Article 20 of the same Act, reports of commencement of construction under Article 21 of the same Act, and approval for use of buildings under Article 22 of the same Act;
2. 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제56조에 따른 개발행위의 허가(대상 면적이 1만제곱미터 미만인 경우만 해당한다)
2. Permits for development activities under Article 56 of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act (limited to cases where the target area is less than 10,000 square meters).
