연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제37조(「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」의 특례)

법 제44조에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 범위"란 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제77조 또는 제78조에 따른 녹지지역에서 적용되는 건폐율 또는 용적률의 200퍼센트를 초과하지 아니하는 범위를 말한다. 이 경우 건물의 높이는 7층 이하로 하되, 학교 등 도시계획시설의 높이는 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」에 따른다. <개정 2024.5.14>
