연구개발특구의 육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제19조의18(규제의 신속확인 요청 등)

① 법 제16조의6제1항에 따라 특구 내 신기술 창출과 관련된 규제의 존재 또는 적용 여부에 대하여 확인하여 줄 것을 요청하려는 자는 과학기술정보통신부령으로 정하는 규제의 신속확인 요청서에 신기술을 활용한 실증 또는 사업에 대한 설명자료를 첨부하여 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항에 따라 확인요청을 받은 사항이 다른 기관의 소관 사항인 경우에는 법 제16조의6제2항에 따라 지체 없이 관계기관의 장에게 규제의 신속확인 요청서 사본 및 첨부서류를 보내야 한다.

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제16조의6제4항에 따라 관계기관의 장으로부터 회신받은 사항을 과학기술정보통신부령으로 정하는 신속확인 결과 통지서에 작성하여 요청자에게 통보해야 한다.
