아동복지법 시행령 제49조(가정위탁지원센터의 운영 위탁)

가. 법 제52조제1항제1호에 따른 아동양육시설, 아동일시보호시설 또는 같은 항 제6호에 따른 아동상담소 중 하나 이상의 시설을 설치ㆍ운영하고 있는 비영리법인

나. 「사회복지사업법」에 따라 설립된 사회복지법인

(b)비 A어 social소우실 welfare웰^f페어 corporation코퍼^r레이션 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð더 Social소우실 Welfare웰^f페어 Services서^v버시즈 Act;액트

다. 그 밖에 보건복지부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 인정하는 비영리법인

(c)시 Any에니 other어^ð더 nonprofit난프^r라^f핏 corporation코퍼^r레이션 recognized^r레커그나이즈드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare,웰^f페어 a어 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor,거^v버너 or오 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu;시

가. 3년 이상 아동복지 업무를 수행한 실적이 있을 것

(a)어 It잇 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 record^r러코드 of어^v브 performing퍼^f포밍 child차일드 welfare웰^f페어 work워크 for^f포 three^θ쓰^r리 years이어즈 or오 longer;롱거

나. 별표 11에 따른 가정위탁지원센터의 설치기준 및 상담원 등 직원의 배치기준을 갖출 것

다. 별표 13에 따른 가정위탁지원센터의 상담원 등 직원의 자격기준을 갖출 것

라. 법 제49조에 따른 업무를 수행하는 데 필요한 자금을 확보할 수 있을 것
