신용협동조합법 제76조의2(감사위원회의 임무 등)

① 감사위원회는 분기마다 1회 이상 감사 실시를 통보한 후 중앙회의 업무, 재산상태 및 장부ㆍ서류 등을 감사하여야 하며, 분기별 감사보고서는 이사회에 제출하고, 분기별 감사보고서를 종합한 연차감사보고서는 정기총회 또는 정기대의원회에 제출하여야 한다.

② 감사위원회에 관하여는 제26조제2항부터 제5항까지, 제38조, 「상법」 제391조의2제2항, 제402조, 제412조, 제412조의2, 제413조, 제413조의2, 제414조, 제447조의3, 제447조의4 및 제450조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제26조제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정 중 "감사"는 "감사위원회의 대표자"로, 제38조 중 "이사장"은 "중앙회장 또는 신용ㆍ공제사업 대표이사"로, "감사"는 "감사위원회의 대표자"로, 「상법」 제413조의2, 제414조 및 제450조 중 "감사"는 "감사위원회의 위원"으로, 그 밖의 조항 중 "감사"는 "감사위원회"로 본다.
