신용협동조합법 제76조(감사위원회)

① 중앙회는 이사회에 중앙회의 업무집행 및 회계 등을 감사하기 위한 위원회(이하 "감사위원회"라 한다)를 설치하여야 한다.

② 감사위원회는 3명 이상의 이사로 구성하되, 총 위원의 3분의 2 이상을 전문이사로 구성하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð디 audit오딧 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 three^θ쓰^r리 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 at앳 least리스트 two-thirds투-^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 total토우틀 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 professional프^r러^f페셔늘 directors.더^r렉터즈

③ 감사위원회는 그 결의로써 위원회를 대표할 사람을 선정하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð디 audit오딧 committee커미티 shall섈 select,설렉트 by바이 resolution,^r레절루션 a어 person퍼슨 to투 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 committee.커미티

④ 감사위원회 위원의 사임이나 사망 등의 사유로 감사위원회의 구성이 제2항에 따른 요건을 충족하지 못하게 된 경우에는 그 사유가 발생한 날 이후 최초로 소집되는 총회에서 감사위원회의 구성이 같은 항에 따른 요건을 충족하도록 하여야 한다.
