Credit Unions Act, Article 75 (Matters for Resolution by Board of Directors)

① 다음 각 호의 사항은 이사회의 결의를 거쳐야 한다.

② 금융위원회는 표준정관 또는 표준규정이 위법하거나 조합의 건전한 경영을 저해한다고 인정되는 경우에는 이의 시정을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 이사회는 요구에 따라야 한다.

③ 중앙회의 이사회에 관하여는 제34조제3항 및 제36조제2항ㆍ제3항을 준용한다.

④ 이사회는 제1항에 따라 결의된 사항에 대한 상임 임원의 업무집행을 감독하고, 필요한 사항을 이사회에 보고하도록 요구할 수 있다.
