신용협동조합법 제74조(이사회)

① 중앙회에 이사회를 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

② 이사회는 이사로 구성하며, 필요할 때에 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 중앙회장이 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 president프^r레저덴트 when웬 necessary,네서세^r리 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 its잇츠 chair.체어

③ 중앙회장은 5명 이상의 이사가 요구하면 지체 없이 이사회를 소집하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 upon어판 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 five^f파이^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

④ 중앙회는 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 신용사업 등 전문사항을 심의하기 위하여 이사회에 3명 이상의 이사로 구성되는 위원회를 설치할 수 있다.
