식품위생법 시행령 제65조의2(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Food Sanitation Act, Article 65-2 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Personally Identifiable Information)
식품의약품안전처장(제34조 또는 제65조에 따라 식품의약품안전처장의 권한 또는 업무를 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다), 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보, 같은 법 시행령 제18조제2호에 따른 범죄경력자료에 해당하는 정보, 같은 영 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. 다만, 제6호의2의 사무의 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제18조제2호에 따른 범죄경력자료에 해당하는 정보는 제외한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.28, 2023.7.25, 2024.12.31>
Where unavoidable to perform the following affairs, the Minister of Food and Drug Safety (including a person to whom the Minister's authority or work has been delegated or entrusted under Article 34 or 65), a Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu (including, where the relevant authority has been delegated or entrusted, the person to whom it has been delegated or entrusted) may process information on health under Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Act, information constituting criminal history records under subparagraph 2 of Article 18 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, and data containing resident registration numbers or alien registration numbers under subparagraph 1 or 4 of Article 19 of the same Decree: Provided, That for the affairs under subparagraph 6-2, information constituting criminal history records under subparagraph 2 of Article 18 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act is excluded:

11. 법 제71조부터 제80조까지의 규정에 따른 행정처분에 관한 사무
