Oil Pipeline Safety Management Act, Article 11 (Delegation and Entrustment of Authority)

① 이 법에 따른 산업통상부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
