송유관 안전관리법 제10조(송유관의 보존)

① 송유관설치자는 타인의 식물이나 그 밖의 장애물이 송유관의 보존에 지장을 주거나 줄 우려가 있다고 인정하면 그 식물이나 그 밖의 장애물을 변경하거나 제거할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 식물이나 그 밖의 장애물의 변경 및 제거에 관하여는 제9조제2항을 준용한다.
