소비자기본법 시행령 제55조(수락 여부의 의사표시 등)

①법 제67조제2항 전단에 따른 수락 여부의 의사표시는 서면으로 하여야 한다.

②조정위원회는 법 제67조제2항에 따라 분쟁조정의 내용을 수락하거나 수락한 것으로 보는 경우에는 조정조서를 작성하여 원본을 보관하고, 그 정본(正本)을 분쟁당사자에게 송달하여야 한다. 이 경우 조정조서 원본은 「전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법」 제5조에 따른 전자문서 또는 전자화문서로 보관할 수 있다. <개정 2024.11.12>
