Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Consumers, Article 56 (Cases Eligible for Collective Dispute Mediation)

법 제68조제1항에서 "대통령령이 정하는 사건"이란 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 사건을 말한다.

다. 해당 물품등으로 인한 피해에 관하여 법원에 소(訴)를 제기한 소비자
