Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Consumers, Article 54 (Settlement Recommendation by the Mediation Committee Chairperson)

조정위원장은 법 제58조제1항 또는 법 제65조제1항에 따라 분쟁조정을 신청받은 경우에는 분쟁조정 업무의 효율적 수행을 위하여 10일 이내의 기간을 정하여 분쟁당사자에게 보상방법에 대한 합의를 권고할 수 있다. <개정 2026.9.8>
