선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제61조(소송절차의 중지)

① 제42조와 제43조에 따라 책임제한절차에 참가한 제한채권자와 신청인 또는 수익채무자 간에 그 채권에 관한 소송(이하 "절차외소송"이라 한다)이 계속 중일 때에는 법원은 원고의 신청에 의하여 그 소송절차의 중지를 명할 수 있다.

② 법원은 원고의 신청에 의하여 제1항에 따른 중지의 결정을 취소할 수 있다.
