산지관리법 제36조의2(한국산림토석협회)

Mountainous Districts Management Act, Article 36-2 (Korea Forest Soil and Stone Association)

① 토석자원의 이용 및 개발과 관리를 위하여 정책ㆍ제도의 조사ㆍ연구와 교육ㆍ홍보 등의 사업을 하기 위하여 한국산림토석협회(이하 이 조에서 "협회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

1. 토석채취ㆍ복구에 관한 정책ㆍ제도ㆍ법령ㆍ기술 등의 조사ㆍ연구, 교육ㆍ홍보 및 국제협력

2. 토석채취지ㆍ복구지에 대한 평가 및 사후관리 지원

5. 그 밖에 협회의 설립목적을 달성하기 위하여 정관으로 정하는 사업

④ 협회의 사업에 소요되는 경비는 출자금, 사업수입금 등으로 충당하며, 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 소요경비의 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26>

⑤ 협회의 조직ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2020.5.26>

⑥ 협회에 관하여 이 법에 규정되지 아니한 사항은 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
