산업입지 및 개발에 관한 법률 제39조의9(순환개발방식의 개발사업)

① 사업시행자는 재생사업을 원활하게 시행하기 위하여 필요한 경우 제39조의14제1항에 따른 입주기업 지원대책을 재생시행계획에 포함할 수 있으며, 인근 지역에 입주기업을 위한 임시 조업시설을 제공할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 임시 조업시설을 제공받은 자가 재생사업이 완료된 이후에도 임시 조업시설을 계속 사용하고자 하는 경우에는 이를 분양하거나 계속 임대할 수 있으며, 이 경우 임시 조업시설의 사용자가 환지 대상자이거나 이주대책 대상자인 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 환지 대상에서 제외하거나 이주대책을 수립한 것으로 본다.
