산림조합법 제103조(감사위원회)

① 중앙회는 재산과 업무집행상황을 감사하기 위하여 감사위원회를 둔다.

② 감사위원회는 감사위원장을 포함한 3명의 감사위원으로 구성하되, 그 임기는 3년으로 하며, 감사위원 중 2명은 대통령령으로 정하는 요건에 적합한 외부전문가 중에서 선출하여야 한다.

③ 감사위원은 인사추천위원회가 추천한 자를 대상으로 총회에서 선출한다.

(3) Audit오딧 committee커미티 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 at앳 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 recommended^r레커멘디드 by바이 the^ð더 Personnel퍼서넬 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee.커미티

④ 감사위원장은 감사위원 중에서 호선한다.

(4) The^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 the^ð디 audit오딧 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð디 audit오딧 committee커미티 members.멤버즈

⑤ 감사위원회에 관하여는 제36조제5항부터 제7항까지 및 제37조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제36조제5항부터 제7항까지 및 제37조제1항 중 "감사"는 "감사위원회"로, 제37조제1항 및 제2항 중 "조합"은 "중앙회"로, "조합장"은 "회장ㆍ사업대표이사"로 본다.

⑥ 감사위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
