산림조합법 제104조(임원의 선출과 임기)

① 회장은 총회에서 선출하되, 회원인 조합의 조합원이어야 한다.

② 사업대표이사는 해당 사업에 관한 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 사람으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 요건을 갖춘 사람 중에서 인사추천위원회에서 추천된 사람을 총회에서 선출한다.

(2) The^ð더 Business비즈니스 Representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 Director더^r렉터 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 at앳 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 who후 have해^v브 extensive익스텐시^v브 expert엑스펏 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 the^ð더 business비즈니스 concerned컨선드 and앤드 meet밋 the^ð더 requirements^r리콰이어먼츠 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 and앤드 who후 have해^v브 been빈 recommended^r레커멘디드 by바이 the^ð더 Personnel퍼서넬 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee.커미티

③ 회원조합장인 이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 추천된 사람을 총회에서 선출하고, 회원조합장이 아닌 이사는 인사추천위원회에서 추천된 사람을 총회에서 선출한다.

④ 회장의 임기는 4년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

⑤ 회장을 제외한 사업대표이사 및 이사의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

(5) The^ð더 terms텀즈 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Business비즈니스 Representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 Director더^r렉터 and앤드 directors,더^r렉터즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 President,프^r레저덴트 are아 two투 years.이어즈

⑥ 회원조합장이 제100조제2항에 따른 상임인 임원으로 선출된 경우에는 취임 전에 조합장의 직을 사임하여야 한다.

⑦ 중앙회는 제1항에 따른 회장 선출에 대한 선거관리를 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 「선거관리위원회법」에 따른 중앙선거관리위원회에 위탁하여야 한다.
